Social Media Coordinator
Part-Time | Remote
Prosper-Ag is looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help support our growing list of agriculture-focused clients. This is a remote position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
We are looking for someone who understands agriculture, enjoys social media, and has a creative eye for content. The right candidate should be comfortable working with multiple brands, managing social media calendars, helping create content, and keeping client needs organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Help create social media content for agriculture, turf, and small business clients
- Write short, engaging captions and post copy
- Assist with scheduling posts across multiple client accounts
- Support content planning, campaign ideas, and creative direction
- Help organize client content, photos, videos, and brand assets
- Assist with basic design needs for social media graphics, flyers, and digital content
- Use AI tools as a guide to support brainstorming, drafting, and creative development
- Stay on top of client deadlines and posting schedules
- Communicate clearly with the Prosper-Ag team and help keep projects moving
- Bring creative ideas to the table for client campaigns and social media growth
Non-Negotiables
- Must understand and be passionate about agriculture
- Must have a basic understanding of agronomy, especially corn and soybeans
- Must understand general nutrient, fertilizer, and chemical application timing
- Must be passionate about social media, content creation, and creative marketing
- Must be customer-oriented and able to represent client brands professionally
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines
Skills & Experience
- Social media experience is preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
- Canva or other design software experience is acceptable
- Experience using AI tools as a creative guide is acceptable
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Agriculture, agronomy, seed, fertilizer, chemical, or ag retail experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment

- Compensation: $3,000 per month
